What this does

A Power BI dashboard that consolidates 6 disparate finance reports into one unified view. Designed for VPA / AM to monitor SOF and Grants, track cashflow, and surface anomalies.

Version note

v2.1 (the version here) is the stable line for current use.

How to use

1. Click Download (sign in with MOE iCON)
2. Extract the folder, open the .pbix file in Power BI Desktop
3. Drop in the six raw finance reports
4. Refresh — consolidated view populates
