What this does

Before your next ITQ, see what other schools actually paid and which vendors won. Pulls past GeBIZ quotations on a topic (e.g. basketball coach, school supplies) and lays them out side by side — winning per-unit rates, bid ranges, and the vendors who keep appearing — to ground your budget and shortlist.

How to use

1. Click Download (sign in with MOE iCON) → saves the HTML to your Downloads
2. Open the file in any browser (double-click) — there's a built-in demo to explore first
3. Use the included bookmarklet to scrape your own GeBIZ session into JSON; the tool ingests it and lays out the comparison

Audience

Anyone planning a school purchase — school leaders, VPA / AM, HODs and other Key Personnel running departmental budgets.

Notes

Runs offline on your laptop with public GeBIZ data only — nothing is sent out. The honest comparator is the per-unit rate (award totals across ITQs of different scale aren't apples-to-apples). AI help is copy-paste only — the app composes a prompt you paste into Pair Chat; nothing auto-sends or pastes back.
