What this does

Runs the full Sec 1 DSA admission cycle in one HTML tool. Shortlist applicants, schedule trials and interviews, score against rubrics, manage waitlist + sibling spread, and export the MOE return — all in one file, no install, no server.

How to use

1. Click Download (sign in with MOE iCON) → saves the HTML to your Downloads
2. Open the file in any browser (double-click)
3. Paste your DSA applicants export to ingest, then work through the 7-state wayfinding: Shortlist → Trial → Interview → Results → MOE Return

Audience

HOD/PE&CCA running the cycle, and the CCA teachers running their own trial-and-interview rounds. Simple mode (calm default) is for CCA teachers; Full mode is for HOD/admin (filters, columns, bulk actions).

Notes

Built for KSS Sec 1 admission 2027. Includes sibling-spread (auto-distribution across trial sessions), dual-CO warnings, AI-assisted outcome parsing, and a flight-recorder for crash diagnosis. All processing happens in your browser — no data leaves your laptop.
